The Offshore Financial Trade Association remit

The Association has extensive knowledge and experience of the Business world covering a wide variety of cultures and disciplines at board level providing high level and discrete project management helping Clients to build successful businesses and profit expectancies. They have specialist skills in key business areas that are crucial to the security, success and financial growth for our Clients.

The Association holds regular meetings covering a wide variety of subjects and social functions. The Association has sub-committees covering roads, planning and car parking, membership and services to members, social, press and public relations and town centre management.  The Association plays a representative role in local planning issues aiming to keep retail outlets in the town centre.

It has close contacts with CADIA, the Industries Association for the UK. Any issue that affects the business life of the town can be raised by members at Association meetings. General meetings are held quarterly where members and non members are always welcome.

Currently the Association represents more than 11110 businesses in the UK,  covering all industry sectors, ranging in size from sole traders to large enterprise players. Many have a long association with the Association and that experience has helped shape the support and services we offer.

Their portfolio of member services is being designed to reflect the local needs of a wide range of companies and organisations and it will be developed as a result of detailed consultation with Members. Members have the opportunity for business-to-business networking, marketing and promotion. Members receive priority access to business support, information and events designed to help companies become more competitive and better informed on local and national issues which concern their business.
